  • ½ cup cane sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 sour cucumber (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Chinese sauce
  • 2 drops of food coloring
  • 1 8-ounce can of pineapple
Preparation
  1. Prepare, fry, and set aside your meatballs
  2. Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl
  3. Bring the sauce to medium heat, add the meatballs, and let them boil for 15 minutes
  4. Serve the meatballs hot or cold
