Panela honey

• 1 pound of panela Cristal de Caña
• 2-3 pieces of cinnamon
• 2 cups of water
• Sweet cloves (optional)

1. Boil the panela with the water over low heat. When it starts to thicken (about 10-15 minutes), mix the other ingredients together and stir until thick. Remember to prevent it from overflowing.
