  • Cristal de Caña sugar to taste
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon of instant coffee
  • 8 grams of pepper
  • 1/4 cup of brandy
  • Zest of one orange
  • Zest of one lemon
  • 1 cinnamon stick
Preparation
  1. In a pot, heat the water with the lemon and orange zests, pepper, and cinnamon
  2. Bring to a boil and remove from heat
  3. Let it rest and strain
  4. Add the brandy, instant coffee, and heat everything a little more
  5. Serve in small cups and sweeten to taste
