Ingredients
- Cristal de Caña sugar to taste
- 1 cup of water
- 1 teaspoon of instant coffee
- 8 grams of pepper
- 1/4 cup of brandy
- Zest of one orange
- Zest of one lemon
- 1 cinnamon stick
Preparation
- In a pot, heat the water with the lemon and orange zests, pepper, and cinnamon
- Bring to a boil and remove from heat
- Let it rest and strain
- Add the brandy, instant coffee, and heat everything a little more
- Serve in small cups and sweeten to taste
