Panela water with lemon juice

Ingredients
  • 400 grams of panela Cristal de Caña
  • 2 liters of water
  • 3 lemons
  • 3 cups of crushed ice
Preparation
  1. Boil the panela in half a liter of water until it is completely dissolved. Stir continuously.
  2. Squeeze the lemons, strain the juice and pour it into a jug with the rest of the water.
  3. Add the ice, stir well and when the panela water is very cold, mix everything and serve it very cold.
  4. Place a slice of lemon in each glass (optional).
