  • 6 tablespoons of Cristal de Caña sugar
  • 200 grams of mango (equivalent to one whole fruit)
  • 1 orange
  • 3 packets of unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 teaspoon of sunflower oil
Preparation
  1. Peel the mango, remove the seed, and cut up the pulp into pieces.
  2. Squeeze the orange and blend its juice in a blender with the mango pieces and the sugar.
  3. Cook this mixture over low heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and add the gelatin packets. Important: dissolve the content of one packet well before adding the next.
  5. Grease a mold for candies with sunflower oil, pour the mixture, and let it rest in the fridge for 10 to 12 hours.
  6. Unmold, and if desired, sprinkle more sugar before serving.
