- 30-40 mint leaves
- 1 glass of white rum
- Juice of 10 lemons
- Ice to taste
Preparation
- Place the panela, mint leaves, and lemon juice in a mortar.
- Muddle until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Pour this mixture into glasses with ice, add the desired amount of rum, and garnish as desired.
