Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons of Cristal de Caña sugar
- 2 tablespoons of apple sorbet ice cream (or dairy-free apple ice cream)
- 600 ml of sparkling water (approximately 2 ½ cups)
- ½ chopped lemon
- Apple slices
- 3 cups of ice
Preparation
- Crush the ½ lemon with the sugar in a cocktail shaker.
- Add the apple sorbet ice cream.
- Fill the shaker with ice, shake, and strain the cocktail into a pitcher.
- Add the sparkling water and stir gently.
- Garnish as desired with apple slices.
