Ingredients
  • 2 teaspoons of Cristal de Caña sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of apple sorbet ice cream (or dairy-free apple ice cream)
  • 600 ml of sparkling water (approximately 2 ½ cups)
  • ½ chopped lemon
  • Apple slices
  • 3 cups of ice
Preparation
  1. Crush the ½ lemon with the sugar in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add the apple sorbet ice cream.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice, shake, and strain the cocktail into a pitcher.
  4. Add the sparkling water and stir gently.
  5. Garnish as desired with apple slices.
