Ingredients
- ½ cup of Cristal de Caña sugar
- 1 cup of shredded coconut
- 2 cups of coconut milk
- 1 cup of rice
- 1 cup of water
- 1 small piece of cinnamon
- Ground cinnamon
- 5 cloves
- Condensed milk (to taste)
Preparation
- Boil the cup of water in a pot, add the rice, and cook over medium heat until it dries up.
- In another pot, mix the coconut milk, whole cloves, cinnamon stick, shredded coconut, and sugar. Let it boil until everything mixes well.
- Add the rice and cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
- Let it cool, and before serving, decorate with ground cinnamon and condensed milk.
