  • 2 teaspoons Cristal de Caña sugar
  • 8 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons white rum
  • 2 tablespoons coconut milk
  • Sparkling water
  • Ice
  • Coconut zest (optional, for garnish)
Preparation
  1. Place the mint leaves and sugar in a large glass.
  2. Gently crush the mint leaves with the sugar to release the essential oils.
  3. Add the lime juice, rum, and coconut milk and mix well.
  4. Fill the glass with ice and top up with sparkling water.
  5. Stir lightly and garnish with grated coconut if desired.
