- ½ cup of Cristal de Caña sugar
- 6 apples, peeled and sliced thinly
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 sheet of pie crust
- Juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a bowl, mix the apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- Place the dough in a pie dish and distribute the apple mixture.
- Place the butter in pieces over the apples.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.
