  • ½ cup of Cristal de Caña sugar
  • 6 apples, peeled and sliced thinly
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 sheet of pie crust
  • Juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. In a bowl, mix the apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
  3. Place the dough in a pie dish and distribute the apple mixture.
  4. Place the butter in pieces over the apples.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.
