- ½ cup of Cristal de Caña panela
- 4 cups of water
- Juice of 2 grapefruits
Preparation
- Dissolve the panela in the water over medium heat.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- Add the grapefruit juice, mix well, and serve cold.
