Ingredients
- ½ cup of Cristal de Caña sugar
- 2 pears without skin
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 egg
- ½ cup of oil
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Mash the pears and mix them with the sugar and the egg.
- Add the flour, oil, and baking powder. Mix well.
- Distribute the mixture into muffin tins and bake for 20 minutes.
