  • ½ cup of Cristal de Caña sugar
  • 2 pears without skin
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Mash the pears and mix them with the sugar and the egg.
  3. Add the flour, oil, and baking powder. Mix well.
  4. Distribute the mixture into muffin tins and bake for 20 minutes.
