Ingredients
  • ½ cup of Cristal de Caña Sugar
  • 1 kg of pork ribs
  • ½ cup of soy sauce
  • ¼ cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of grated ginger
Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Mix the sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Cover the ribs with the mixture and bake for 1 hour, covering with aluminum foil.
  4. Remove the paper and bake for another 30 minutes to caramelize.
