Ingredients
- 2 cans of evaporated milk
- Crista de Caña sugar
- 2 granites of allspice
- 1 ½ cups of water
- ¼ teaspoon of nutmeg
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 4 cloves
- ¼ cup of bitter chocolate
- 1/8 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of cornstarch
Preparation
- Boil the spices in water for 5 minutes.
- Pour the two cans of milk, the chocolate, the salt and the cornstarch. Beat and stir until the mixture becomes thick.
- Add the Cristal de Caña sugar.
