  • 1 ½ tablespoons Cristal de Caña brown sugar
  • ½ tablespoon Cristal de Caña refined sugar (for sprinkling)
  • 2 cups sweet potato puree
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 egg
  • Oil
Preparation
  1. Mix the sweet potato puree, brown sugar, flour, and egg until a stiff dough is formed
  2. Make 8 small balls with the dough
  3. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan and fry the balls until they turn golden brown
  4. Drain the balls, place them on a plate and, before serving, sprinkle them over with the refined or brown sugar
