According to nutrition specialist Kharem Marín, “the best time is just before training or performing any demanding physical activity, since sugar provides more energy, especially if you are a marathon runner”.

In addition, between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m., the body experiences a more intense metabolic activity and, therefore, consumes calories faster than at night.
