Acapulco cocktail
- ½ teaspoon Cristal de Caña sugar
- 1 ½ ounces of white rum
- ½ beaten egg white
- ¼ ounce of Triple Sec
- ½ ounce of lime juice
- Mint leaves
- Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice
- Strain and serve in a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with mint leaves
