Ingredients
  • ½ teaspoon Cristal de Caña sugar
  • 1 ½ ounces of white rum
  • ½ beaten egg white
  • ¼ ounce of Triple Sec
  • ½ ounce of lime juice
  • Mint leaves
Preparation
  1. Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice
  2. Strain and serve in a chilled cocktail glass
  3. Garnish with mint leaves
