Ingredients
- ¼ cup Cristal de Caña sugar
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 2 cups of milk (can be almond or coconut)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup fresh fruit (such as mango, strawberries, blueberries)
- Honey or syrup (optional, for garnish)
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the chia seeds, milk, sugar and vanilla extract.
- Stir well to prevent the chia seeds from clumping.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, so that the chia seeds absorb the liquid and form a thick pudding.
- Serve the pudding in individual glasses and decorate with fresh fruit and a little honey or syrup if desired.
