- 2 teaspoons Cristal de Caña sugar
- 8 fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 3 tablespoons white rum
- 2 tablespoons coconut milk
- Sparkling water
- Ice
- Coconut zest (optional, for garnish)
Preparation
- Place the mint leaves and sugar in a large glass.
- Gently crush the mint leaves with the sugar to release the essential oils.
- Add the lime juice, rum, and coconut milk and mix well.
- Fill the glass with ice and top up with sparkling water.
- Stir lightly and garnish with grated coconut if desired.
