Ingredients
  • ½ cup of Cristal de Caña sugar
  • 1 cup of shredded coconut
  • 2 cups of coconut milk
  • 1 cup of rice
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 small piece of cinnamon
  • Ground cinnamon
  • 5 cloves
  • Condensed milk (to taste)
Preparation
  1. Boil the cup of water in a pot, add the rice, and cook over medium heat until it dries up.
  2. In another pot, mix the coconut milk, whole cloves, cinnamon stick, shredded coconut, and sugar. Let it boil until everything mixes well.
  3. Add the rice and cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
  4. Let it cool, and before serving, decorate with ground cinnamon and condensed milk.
