- 4 chicken breasts
- ¼ cup of soy sauce
- Juice of 1 orange
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Mix the panela, soy sauce, orange juice, and olive oil.
- Marinate the chicken in this mixture for 30 minutes.
- Cook the chicken in a skillet over medium heat, occasionally basting it with the marinade until it is golden and caramelized.
