Ingredients
  • 2 cans of evaporated milk
  • Crista de Caña sugar
  • 2 granites of allspice
  • 1 ½ cups of water
  • ¼ teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 4 cloves
  • ¼ cup of bitter chocolate
  • 1/8 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of cornstarch
Preparation
  1. Boil the spices in water for 5 minutes.
  2. Pour the two cans of milk, the chocolate, the salt and the cornstarch. Beat and stir until the mixture becomes thick.
  3. Add the Cristal de Caña sugar.
