  • 4 tablespoons of Panela Cristal de Caña
  • 30-40 mint leaves
  • 1 glass of white rum
  • Juice of 10 lemons
  • Ice to taste
Preparation
  1. Place the panela, mint leaves, and lemon juice in a mortar.
  2. Muddle until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  3. Pour this mixture into glasses with ice, add the desired amount of rum, and garnish as desired.
