Ingredients
  • ½ cup of Cristal de Caña panela
  • 1 cup of oats
  • ½ cup of flour
  • ½ cup of butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Mix the butter with the panela until you get a smooth cream.
  3. Add the egg, the oats, the flour, and the cinnamon. Mix well.
  4. Form small balls with the dough and place them on a baking tray.
  5. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
