- 400 grams of panela Cristal de Caña
- 2 liters of water
- 3 lemons
- 3 cups of crushed ice
Preparation
- Boil the panela in half a liter of water until it is completely dissolved. Stir continuously.
- Squeeze the lemons, strain the juice and pour it into a jug with the rest of the water.
- Add the ice, stir well and when the panela water is very cold, mix everything and serve it very cold.
- Place a slice of lemon in each glass (optional).
