  • 1/4 pound of panela Cristal de Caña
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of milk
Preparation
  1. Cut the bananas into long slices to roll up.
  2. Place the plantains over low heat together with the panela, milk and water, until golden brown.
  3. Remove them from the heat and add sweet cloves, cinnamon or lemon rinds to decorate (optional).
