Ingredients
- 1/4 pound of panela Cristal de Caña
- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup of milk
Preparation
- Cut the bananas into long slices to roll up.
- Place the plantains over low heat together with the panela, milk and water, until golden brown.
- Remove them from the heat and add sweet cloves, cinnamon or lemon rinds to decorate (optional).
