  • /4 cup of boiled mixed sprouts (alfalfa, broccoli, watercress, radish, etc.)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup shredded radish
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fenugreek leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon refined Cristal de Caña sugar
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 green chili, chopped
  • 1 pinch of asafoetida (hing)
Preparation
  1. Mix 3/4 cup mixed sprouts (alfalfa, broccoli, watercress, radish, etc.) with some chopped cilantro.
  2. Place 1/4 cup grated radish, 1/4 cup tomatoes, 1/4 cup chopped, 1 green chili finely chopped, fenugreek leaves to taste.
  3. Add salt and refined Cristal de Caña sugar, followed by a teaspoon of oil and a pinch of asafoetida (hing).
  4. Combine thoroughly and presto, you can enjoy this delicious and nutritious snack.
