Ingredients
- ½ cup of Cristal de Caña Sugar
- 1 kg of pork ribs
- ½ cup of soy sauce
- ¼ cup of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon of grated ginger
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Mix the sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
- Cover the ribs with the mixture and bake for 1 hour, covering with aluminum foil.
- Remove the paper and bake for another 30 minutes to caramelize.
