Sweet and sour sauce for meatballs
- ½ cup cane sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 sour cucumber (finely chopped)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ½ cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Chinese sauce
- 2 drops of food coloring
- 1 8-ounce can of pineapple
- Prepare, fry, and set aside your meatballs
- Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl
- Bring the sauce to medium heat, add the meatballs, and let them boil for 15 minutes
- Serve the meatballs hot or cold
