Ingredients
- ½ cup Cristal de Caña sugar
- 2 ½ cups of flour
- 2 ½ teaspoons of baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of chopped nuts
- 1 ¼ cups of milk
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Preparation
- Place all the ingredients together and mix them for 2 minutes with a mixer
- Pour the mixture into a greased and floured bread pan (30x15 cm)
- Bake for an hour at 350 degrees
- Remove from the pan and let cool before slicing
