Ingredients
- 4 cups of Cristal de Caña brown sugar
- 5 cups of mango (diced)
- 1 tablespoon of Cloves
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- 2 teaspoons of vinegar
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Place the spices in a tightly closed cloth bag
- In a pot, add vinegar and sugar and heat it
- Add the mango and let it boil for 10 minutes
- Lower the heat and let it simmer for 1-2 hours
- Add raisins before serving (optional)
