Ingredients
  • 4 cups of Cristal de Caña brown sugar
  • 5 cups of mango (diced)
  • 1 tablespoon of Cloves
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
  • 2 teaspoons of vinegar
  • Salt to taste
Preparation
  1. Place the spices in a tightly closed cloth bag
  2. In a pot, add vinegar and sugar and heat it
  3. Add the mango and let it boil for 10 minutes
  4. Lower the heat and let it simmer for 1-2 hours
  5. Add raisins before serving (optional)
