Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons of Cristal de Caña sugar
- 200 grams of mango (equivalent to one whole fruit)
- 1 orange
- 3 packets of unflavored gelatin powder
- 1 teaspoon of sunflower oil
Preparation
- Peel the mango, remove the seed, and cut up the pulp into pieces.
- Squeeze the orange and blend its juice in a blender with the mango pieces and the sugar.
- Cook this mixture over low heat for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add the gelatin packets. Important: dissolve the content of one packet well before adding the next.
- Grease a mold for candies with sunflower oil, pour the mixture, and let it rest in the fridge for 10 to 12 hours.
- Unmold, and if desired, sprinkle more sugar before serving.
