Jelly cheesecake
- ½ cup of Cristal de Caña sugar
- 1 package of strawberry jelly
- 2 bars of cream cheese (Philadelphia type)
- 2 cups of hot water
- Whipped cream
- Dissolve the gelatin in hot water.
- Beat the jelly with the cream cheese.
- Pour the mixture into individual cups or glasses and put them in the refrigerator until it sets.
- Serve with fruits and whipped cream as desired.
