  • 1 ½ cups of flour
  • 150 grams of butter
  • 1 egg
  • Christmas-themed molds (stars, candy canes, Christmas trees, etc.)
Preparation
  1. Beat the egg, melt the butter slightly, and mix with the other ingredients until you get a smooth dough. Refrigerate and let it cool for half an hour.
  2. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a floured surface until it reaches the desired thickness.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and then lower it.
  4. Cut the dough using the Christmas molds.
  5. Place the cookies on the hot skillet, ensuring they become lightly browned without burning.
  6. Decorate as you like with white or dark chocolate, bits of gummy candies, etc.
