Ingredients
- ½ cup of Cristal de Caña panela
- 1 cup of oats
- ½ cup of flour
- ½ cup of butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Mix the butter with the panela until you get a smooth cream.
- Add the egg, the oats, the flour, and the cinnamon. Mix well.
- Form small balls with the dough and place them on a baking tray.
- Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
