Coffee Delights

• 2 cups of Cristal de Caña sugar
• 3 cups of coffee
• 4 sticks of margarine
• 3 packages of cookies type Maria
• 5 eggs
• Vanilla to taste
• Ground almonds
• 1 glass of brandy

1. Beat the margarine
2. Add the egg yolks one by one and then a cup of sugar
3. Beat the egg whites until stiff, add the other cup of sugar, the vanilla and mix the two mixtures
4. Add the brandy
5. Dip the cookies in the coffee
6. Cover a glass container with spoonfuls of the ingredients in the following order: coffee mixture, cookies, etc
7. Add the almonds to the last layer
8. Serve after refrigerating for half an hour
