  • ½ cup of Cristal de Caña sugar
  • 1 package of strawberry jelly
  • 2 bars of cream cheese (Philadelphia type)
  • 2 cups of hot water
  • Whipped cream
Preparation
  1. Dissolve the gelatin in hot water.
  2. Beat the jelly with the cream cheese.
  3. Pour the mixture into individual cups or glasses and put them in the refrigerator until it sets.
  4. Serve with fruits and whipped cream as desired.
