Ingredients
- 230 grams of oat flakes
- 100 grams of flour
- 150 grams of Cristal de Caña brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon of baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 2 huevos
- 150 ml of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla or hazelnut essence
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the oat flakes, the flour, the Cristal de Caña brown sugar, the yeast and the salt.
- In another bowl mix the eggs, the oil and the essence. Then combine this mixture with the previous one (using a spatula will suffice).
- Form small balls, flatten them with your hands, and place them on a baking tray.
- Bake at 180ºC for 12 minutes or until the edges turn golden.
- Take out the cookies and put them on a rack. They will harden as they cool down
