Ingredients
  • 230 grams of oat flakes
  • 100 grams of flour
  • 150 grams of Cristal de Caña brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon of baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 huevos
  • 150 ml of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla or hazelnut essence
Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the oat flakes, the flour, the Cristal de Caña brown sugar, the yeast and the salt.
  2. In another bowl mix the eggs, the oil and the essence. Then combine this mixture with the previous one (using a spatula will suffice).
  3. Form small balls, flatten them with your hands, and place them on a baking tray.
  4. Bake at 180ºC for 12 minutes or until the edges turn golden.
  5. Take out the cookies and put them on a rack. They will harden as they cool down
