Ingredients
  • ½ cup of sugar Cristal de Caña
  • 2 cups of whipped cream
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 ½ stick of frozen margarine
  • 12 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup of crushed walnuts
  • 1 cup of chopped walnuts
  • 2 packages of instant chocolate pudding
  • 4 cups of cold milk
Preparation
  1. Make a dough with the flour, crushed nuts and margarine.
  2. Spread the dough in a mold, bake it at 350º F for 20 minutes and let it cool when it is ready.
  3. Mix the cheese with your Cristal de Caña sugar (until dissolved) and add a cup of whipped cream.
  4. Cover the baked dough with this mixture.
  5. Pour the 2 packages of chocolate pudding into the 4 cups of cold milk and beat until thick.
  6. Pour this mixture over the previous one, then the other cup of whipped cream and, finally, add the chopped nuts.
  7. Refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
