Apples in wine

Ingredients
  • 10 tablespoons of Cristal de Caña sugar
  • 6 red apples
  • 1 glass of sweet red wine
  • Oil to taste
Preparation
  1. Make a small hole into the top of the apples and remove the core
  2. Place the apples in a pan, add the sweet wine and 4 tablespoons of sugar
  3. Pour a little wine inside the apples and put the caps back on
  4. Spread a little oil over each apple
  5. Bake the apples in the oven (250ºC) until they are soft
