  • ½ cup Cristal de Caña sugar
  • 1 large can of pears in syrup
  • 1 pound of cream cheese
  • 1 sachet unflavored gelatin diluted in ½ cup cold water
  • 24 large sized white marshmallows.
Preparation
  1. Heat the syrup from the pears with the marshmallows
  2. Blend this mixture with the sugar, cream cheese and gelatin
  3. Cut the pears into thin slices and place them in a pan
  4. Pour the mixture over the pears and refrigerate before removing from the pan
