Ingredients
  • ½ cup Cristal de Caña sugar
  • 2 ½ cups of flour
  • 2 ½ teaspoons of baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of chopped nuts
  • 1 ¼ cups of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
Preparation
  1. Place all the ingredients together and mix them for 2 minutes with a mixer
  2. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured bread pan (30x15 cm)
  3. Bake for an hour at 350 degrees
  4. Remove from the pan and let cool before slicing
