Ingredients
- 10 tablespoons of Cristal de Caña sugar
- 6 red apples
- 1 glass of sweet red wine
- Oil to taste
Preparation
- Make a small hole into the top of the apples and remove the core
- Place the apples in a pan, add the sweet wine and 4 tablespoons of sugar
- Pour a little wine inside the apples and put the caps back on
- Spread a little oil over each apple
- Bake the apples in the oven (250ºC) until they are soft
