Ingredients
- 1 cup of Cristal de Caña sugar
- 1 cup of fresh orange juice
- 6 egg whites
- 2 sachets of unflavored gelatin
- ½ cup of hot water to dissolve the gelatin
- ½ cup condensed milk
- Cinnamon to taste
Preparation
- Beat the egg whites until stiff
- Prepare a syrup with the sugar to the point of loose caramel
- Add the syrup to the beaten egg whites
- Beat again and add the gelatin dissolved in the water together with the orange juice
- Put the mixture in a mold and take it to the refrigerator for two hours
- Unmold and serve with a little condensed milk and cinnamon
