Ingredients
  • 1 cup of Cristal de Caña sugar
  • 1 cup of fresh orange juice
  • 6 egg whites
  • 2 sachets of unflavored gelatin
  • ½ cup of hot water to dissolve the gelatin
  • ½ cup condensed milk
  • Cinnamon to taste
Preparation
  1. Beat the egg whites until stiff
  2. Prepare a syrup with the sugar to the point of loose caramel
  3. Add the syrup to the beaten egg whites
  4. Beat again and add the gelatin dissolved in the water together with the orange juice
  5. Put the mixture in a mold and take it to the refrigerator for two hours
  6. Unmold and serve with a little condensed milk and cinnamon
